Joseph T. Wong, has been practicing law in the State of New York for over 30 years, concentrating in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions, estate planning and probate and immigration matters.

Mr. Wong represents clients throughout the State of New York who purchase and sell multi-family properties, individual residential and commercial condominium units and single family homes.  On the development side, Mr. Wong provides knowledge and advice in the areas of zoning analysis, project feasibility, tax abatement availability, design input, construction contract negotiations, construction budget accountability, construction lender liason and the marketing and sale of the final product.

Mr. Wong also has extensive experience in representing clients before the USCIS on immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications, including but not limited to investor (Eb5), H1B and family sponsored visas.

Since 1989, Mr. Wong has assisted thousands of individuals realize their dreams of home ownership and American residency.

Aside from his private practice, Mr. Wong is actively involved with several youth organizations and the Transfiguration Education Association serving Asian communities in the New York City area.
